Have questions about your monthly bill?  Please contact our Customer Service Department.


We offer a variety of customer service programs to benefit the needs of our customers.


    Pay your electric bill in 11 equal payments.  Only residential accounts who have maintained service at the requested location for a minimum of twelve months are eligible to apply.  Member accounts must be current to participate.  Sign up January through March.


    You can have the amount of your electric bill automatically drafted from your checking account.


    View your bill or you can pay online with an e-check or credit card payment (link is external).


TVA provides regulatory oversight for your local power company’s rates and service practice policies.

If you have an issue or complaint that you have not been able to resolve by following all processes and procedures as required within Holston Electric Cooperative's Service Practice Policies, TVA’s Complaint Resolution Process may be able to help.
